Welcome to oncoMD (the “Site”). This website is owned and operated by oncoMD, PLLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. No Medical Advice or Doctor-Patient Relationship
The content provided on this Site—including all text, graphics, images, clinical frameworks, and educational resources—is for general informational and supportive purposes only.
No Clinical Relationship: Your use of this Site, including sending a message through our contact forms or joining a waitlist, does not create a doctor-patient or clinical consulting relationship between you and Dr. Tejash Patel or oncoMD, PLLC.
Establishment of Service: A formal consulting relationship is only established after you complete our clinical screening, sign a formal, written Integrative Oncology Consulting Agreement, and complete the onboarding process.
Emergency Medical Conditions: This Site is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, logos, custom clinical frameworks, layouts, and materials displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Tejash Patel, MD, PLLC, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and print individual pages from this Site strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
