oncoMD, PLLC and Dr. Tejash Patel do not participate in, accept, or bill Medicare, and we are currently in the formal process of opting out of the Medicare program. Due to strict federal billing regulations, we are legally unable to accept or provide consulting services to any individual currently covered by Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans at this time. Please do not submit medical inquiries or schedule consultations through this website if you are a Medicare beneficiary.

We anticipate being able to accept Medicare-eligible individuals on a private-pay basis later this year, and will update the website accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and interest in oncoMD.
